We’re Hiring: Restaurant Manager

Country Location: Nauru

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Nauru.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with suppliers and management for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Proven 5-10 years of experience as a Restaurant or Food Service Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Location: Nauru
