Restaurant Manager-Nauru Deployment

Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Nauru
Immediate joiner preferred

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant in Nauru.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and guest experience
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
  • Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Handle budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
  • Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
  • Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality
  • Work closely with ownership/management on business goals and reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven 5-10 years of experience as a Restaurant or Food Service Manager
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a remote island environment with limited resources
  • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Hospitality or hotel management qualification is an advantage
