Restaurant Manager - Ruth's Chris Steak House

Are you an experienced restaurant manager or supervisor good at problem solving and "thinking on your feet?" Are you good at planning, directing, controlling and evaluating operations?

We at Ruth's Chris Steak House, located within Hotel Park City, in Park City, UT may be the perfect fit for you as our Restaurant Manager.

General duties include; assists in the day-to-day operations of Ruth's Chris Steak House, directly accountable for the supervision and management of the bar operations, host, servers, and front of the house staff. Maintains the highest quality of beverage and service standards, cleanliness, sanitation and safety. The restaurant manager should possess the following qualities:

• A cultural match (passionate, caring, people-focused, top-line driven while at the same time demonstrates fiscal responsibility)
• Leadership presence and involvement in shift management
• Models hospitality and delivers service excellence
• Professional image and demeanor
• Holds peers and staff accountable to expected results
• Proven developer of people
• 2-3 years leadership in preferably fine dining or similar volume, full-service chain or corporate environment
• Must have current T.I.P.S. certificate and Food Handlers permit.
