Restaurant Operations Manager
 
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure an efficient and smooth service.
  Manage and lead a team of staff, including front-of-house, kitchen, and support staff.
  Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure service quality.
  Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and safety.
  Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  Track financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
  Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  Schedule shifts and manage payroll for staff.
  Conduct staff training, provide coaching, and foster a positive working environment.
  Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  Collaborate with senior management on marketing, promotions, and special events.
  Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
 
Requirements :
 
  Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  Strong leadership and team management skills.
  Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  Solid understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and inventory management.
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  A degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
