· Staff Management: Take charge of hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising all restaurant staff to build a high-performing team

· Financial Oversight: Confidently manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure the restaurant consistently meets its financial goals.

· Operational Efficiency: Lead the development and implementation of procedures that significantly enhance efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction

· Inventory Management: Proactively monitor inventory levels and expertly manage supply chain logistics to ensure smooth operations.

· Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints effectively and guarantee a consistently positive dining experience.

· Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, fostering a safe environment for both staff and customers.

· Quality Control: Uphold the highest food quality and service standards to exceed guest expectations.

· Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to drive impactful promotional activities and campaigns that boost visibility.

· Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute robust strategies aimed at achieving operational excellence and propelling business growth.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • We require a minimum of 2 years of experience (preferred). Candidates with a background in the hotel or restaurant industry will have a distinct advantage.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates from the Malabar region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
