Restaurant Operations Specialist

we are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates who are eager to build a long-term career in restaurant management.

As a Manager Trainee , you will undergo a structured training program to develop the skills and knowledge needed to lead a restaurant team and ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and operational excellence. This role prepares you for future leadership positions within the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program covering all areas of restaurant operations
  • Supervise and support crew members in day-to-day tasks
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
  • Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and waste management
  • Help manage labor costs, productivity, and scheduling
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Learn and apply company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to achieving sales goals and operational targets


Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or foodservice environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership potential with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
