My Restaurants is a Canadian-based company supporting 24 restaurant locations, including well-known brands like Osmows and Karahi Boys. We operate as Octet Solutions in Pakistan, helping manage restaurant operations more efficiently and improving the customer experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Assistant to join our energetic onsite team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, technically inclined, and always looking for better ways to get things done.

What You'll Do

• Understand how restaurant construction works.
• Have basic knowledge of restaurant equipment (especially refrigeration).
• Support daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Read and understand technical drawings to help with operations.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair work.
• Work with vendors and contractors on repair, maintenance, and construction projects.
• Create simple and helpful guides for common technical issues.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and outside partners.
• Find ways to improve current processes and suggest better solutions.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• Writing Skills: Able to write clear instructions, procedures, and technical documents.
• Technical Understanding: Can read and interpret technical drawings and equipment specs.
• Project Management: Experience handling projects within set timelines and budgets.
• Problem-Solving: Able to think creatively and take initiative.
• Independence: Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Communication: Strong spoken and written English.
• Vendor Coordination: Experience dealing with suppliers and contractors.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with restaurant construction or equipment.
• Worked in a busy restaurant or food service environment.
• Background in the construction field.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 per month
