Job Title: Purchase Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi & Dubai
Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager with strong expertise in restaurant procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality ingredients, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations to support daily restaurant functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with food suppliers to obtain quality products at competitive prices
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, create purchase orders, and track deliveries
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper storage guidelines
• Build strong coordination with kitchen and operations teams for daily requirements
• Monitor market trends and pricing to optimize cost efficiency
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and ensure timely supply

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant purchasing
• Strong knowledge of food ingredients, vendors, and market pricing
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
• Experience in inventory management and understanding of stock control
• Familiarity with food safety standards and storage best practices
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
