We are seeking a dynamic and progressive Restaurant Sales Manager to lead our revenue growth across dine-in, catering, and digital channels. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales strategist with a deep understanding of hospitality, direct B2B sales, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for driving top-line performance, securing high-value catering contracts, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Sales & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C sales opportunities across corporate, event, and institutional segments.
  • Develop customized proposals and close catering contracts for events, offices, and special occasions.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Design and execute digital campaigns that drive traffic and bookings.
  • Leverage social media, email marketing, and SEO to promote seasonal menus, offers, and catering packages.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
  • Account Management & Retention
  • Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, feedback sessions, and upselling opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting
  • Develop quarterly sales plans aligned with restaurant goals.
  • Track KPIs including conversion rates, average contract value, and customer lifetime value.
  • Present performance reports to senior management with actionable insights.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience in hospitality, F&B, or catering.
  • Proven success in direct sales, digital marketing, marketing thru delivery apps and contract negotiation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sales, or Business Administration.
  • Strong CRM proficiency and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
