What You ll Do

* Provide a warm, professional welcome to each guest and guide them through the dining experience.
* Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high service standards and attention to detail.
* Recommend dishes and menu pairings based on guest preferences.
* Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and set for service at all times.
* Assist with kitchen and back-of-house tasks as needed, including dishwashing and restocking.
* Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to supervisors.
* Follow food safety regulations and ensure compliance with hygiene and alcohol service laws.
* Report any equipment or safety concerns to the duty manager.

Ideal Profile

* Previous experience in food and beverage service within a hotel or upscale restaurant.
* Friendly and professional communication skills with guests and colleagues.
* Able to lift and carry up to 23 kg and perform physically demanding tasks.
* Comfortable working night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
* Basic understanding of food handling procedures and alcohol service requirements.
* Strong attention to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
