Key Responsibilities

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar efficiently.
  • Serve meals, snacks, and beverages promptly while maintaining high presentation standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and resolve any concerns professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, service stations, and side areas.
  • Follow all health, hygiene, and food safety procedures as per hotel standards.
  • Handle payment transactions and ensure billing accuracy.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
  • Restock supplies and assist colleagues as needed to maintain a seamless dining operation.
  • Take part in training sessions and team meetings to improve performance and service quality.
