Restaurant Server

Pinnacle Country Club in Rogers is hiring for the position of Server.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Upsell additional items and beverages to increase sales
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout the dining experience
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in at a country club, restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Please note that this position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
