As we all know there are tons of option for applicants looking for the job in hospitality jobs right now, so how are we different, first let us introduce ourselves, we are casual dining mexican restaurant located on the north part of hagerstown, we were awarded as Number 1 MEXICAN RESTUARANT IN HAGERSTOWN for 2022, 2023 2024 in various platforms, if you live locally you probably have eaten at our establishment or heard about us, if you havent you must come and dine and experience yourself. We take food and service very seriously.

We are a family restaurant unlike corporate chain restaurant, we like to take care of our staff, we make sure if you are capable server, you will make good money $$, we are very busy and are looking to add staff that are hustlers and can take pressure well. we are pretty flexible with your schedule if its reasonable

For bartenders, we are looking for applicants looking to advancing their bar knowledge as mixologist, most of our drinks are handcrafted and made from scratch, willing to train right individual who already have basic bar knowledge and traning, pay for bartender is different than the servers

We have drama free environment, and we expect to keep it same way, all our staff are very friendly and we all work as a team so we do pay attention to who we bring in our circle.

Before you apply, you must:

Must have over 1 year experience in food and hospitality business

Have a reliable transportation

Have flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, part time applicant must have 3-4 days open schedule availability

Must be able to go undergo background check and drug tests if required

Must love engaging with people and enjoy working in customer service field

Must be able to handle pressure and be a fast learner
