Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Restaurant Server and Host, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems, and seat guests efficiently
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders to the kitchen
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and presentation standards are maintained
  • Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a host/hostess or server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and order processing
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
  • Experience with fine dining service standards or nightlife venues like nightclubs is a plus
  • Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
  • Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn food preparation basics is appreciated
  • Will train the right person
