Restaurant Server - FT

Position Overview:

The Full-Time Restaurant Server is responsible for providing exceptional table service while embodying the signature ZaZa spirit. You’ll guide guests through our menu, anticipate needs, and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence. This position requires flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support the dynamic flow of our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver warm, attentive, and polished service that aligns with the ZaZa brand

· Greet guests promptly, present menus, and offer knowledgeable recommendations

· Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system

· Serve food and beverages with attention to timing, presentation, and guest preferences

· Maintain a clean and organized section, ensuring tables are properly set and reset

· Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

· Monitor guest satisfaction and address needs proactively

· Handle payments accurately and responsibly

· Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-handling guidelines

· Support team members during peak periods to maintain smooth operations

Qualifications:

· Previous serving experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment preferred

· Strong communication and guest-service skills

· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

· Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude

· Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

· TABC and Food Handler certifications

· Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
