What We're Looking For:

• Requires a minimum of one year of prior professional serving experience in a full-service restaurant. Two or more years of experience is strongly preferred.

• A positive attitude and a passion for providing attentive, high-quality service.

• Reliable transportation.

• Comfort with the physical demands of the role (walking and carrying trays).

• Weekend and holiday flexibility required.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to our residents and their guests.

• Take orders and assist with beverage inquiries.

• Ensure dining areas are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.

• Collaborate with the team to create a pleasant dining atmosphere.

Additional Opportunity: Bartending for Qualified Team Members

If you have prior bartending experience you may also be scheduled to mix and serve drinks during special events, happy hours, or in our on-site pub and dining areas.
This dual-role opportunity allows qualified team members to showcase their hospitality and beverage service skills, creating enjoyable experiences for residents and guests while maintaining our community’s warm, service-focused atmosphere.
