Restaurant Server/Bartender

Pay: We pay a base wage + tips. This usually averages out to $30-35+/hour

Sugo is a fine-casual sushi bar with a focus on the hand roll. Bringing a fresh take to the classic hand roll, we aim to provide an experience that delights and engages the guest.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop professionally in an exciting new restaurant concept in the Seattle area. We will be in rapid growth for the coming years and are looking for individuals who are passionate about the food and beverage industry and are dedicated to their career growth.

About the Job:

You will be responsible for the seamless execution of our flagship hand roll bar experience. You will be a central component in ensuring a best-in-class guest experience in a fresh, new concept. Recurring responsibilities to include:

• Must be able to recognize, anticipate and act on the needs of guests with a hospitality driven attitude
• Ensuring high quality of food preparation and customer service consistent with Sugo requirements and procedures
• Maintaining clean and organized workstation with practicing safe and sanitary food handling at all times
• Preparing food based on recipes and techniques and with superb attention to detail and consistency
• Approaching interactions with co-workers and guests in a respectful & solution-oriented manner
