Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold Wingstop's high standards.
• Assist with opening or closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and ensuring the restaurant is clean and ready for business.
• Train new team members on proper food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with management to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 30-90 Days to be fully certified as a lead once hired.
• Must pass the certification program to be hired on permenant position.
