*Position Summary:*

As a Shift Manager, you will play a key leadership role in daily restaurant operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth shift execution, maintaining quality and service standards, and leading a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is motivated, organized, and eager to grow into higher leadership positions as the company expands.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts

* Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly

* Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation standards

* Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety compliance at all times

* Manage shift schedules, breaks, and team productivity

* Handle cash management, POS systems, and end-of-shift reporting

* Train and onboard new employees

* Support inventory management and stock control

* Assist in implementing company policies and procedures

* Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and efficient service

*Qualifications:*

* Previous experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant (leadership experience preferred)

* Strong communication and team leadership skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Basic math and computer skills
