Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with menu selections and provide detailed knowledge about international dishes.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area according to health and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Process payments and manage billing efficiently.
• Follow all restaurant policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred, especially with international cuisine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
