Job description

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. You will ensure exceptional service, maintain food quality standards, manage budgets, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and manage restaurant staff, providing guidance and support.
• Can handle POS systems and manage cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Assist in managing the restaurant budget and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Implement uphold, and enforce policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to foster a positive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant management and operations.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and managing cash transactions.
• Strong leadership and employee management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food quality standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good professional behavior and a positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
