Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and support team development.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and reduce wastage.
  • Coordinate between kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in implementing company policies, promotions, and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
  • Prepare shift reports and update management on operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor / Shift Leader (2–3 years minimum).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills Desired:

  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED280.00 per month
