Sales Supervisor (Native Arabic Speaker)

Job description

We are looking for an outdoor Sales to support our sales team in achieving targets, building client relationships, and managing day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Indoor Sales in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and present sales reports.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support in organizing sales presentations, and follow-ups.
• Track and manage sales pipeline and customer database.
• Prepare quotations and invoices as required.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a sale (in building materials, decor items or wood industries)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Fluent in English & (Native in Arabic)
• Only who can start immediately.
• Driving License mandatory
