Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Department: Operations
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager

Job Objective

Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure high-quality service delivery, achieve sales targets, and comply with approved quality and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities1. Operational Supervision

  • Monitor daily workflow within the restaurant.
  • Ensure the dining area and kitchen are fully prepared before opening.
  • Assign tasks to staff according to the work plan.
  • Handle operational issues promptly.

2. Customer Service

  • Ensure professional service is provided to guests.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve them immediately.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels.

3. Team Management

  • Supervise attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
  • Train new employees on restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate staff performance and submit reports to management.
  • Motivate the team to achieve sales targets.

4. Sales and Cash Handling

  • Monitor daily sales and ensure targets are met.
  • Ensure accuracy of cashier operations and daily closing.
  • Review daily financial reports.

5. Quality and Safety

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Monitor product validity and proper storage.
  • Adhere to regulatory authority requirements.

6. Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests.
  • Conduct periodic and surprise inventory counts.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of POS systems.
  • Ability to manage a multicultural team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
