Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food service environment. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring food safety, controlling inventory, and maintaining high standards of service across casual dining, quick service, or fine dining settings. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members to ensure excellent performance and customer service.
- Oversee daily shift operations, including shift management, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Supervise food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and consistency in food presentation and taste.
- Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
- Implement staff training programs focused on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Conduct regular shift meetings to communicate updates, policies, and performance expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience within the food service industry; experience in casual dining, fine dining, or quick service restaurants is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflict effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Ability to supervise staff training & development programs.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
