We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant In-Charge to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an international café or restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of café operations, food & beverage service, and hygiene standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle customer service, inventory, and daily reporting
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day café operations
- Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
