Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant In-Charge to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in an international café or restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of café operations, food & beverage service, and hygiene standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle customer service, inventory, and daily reporting
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day café operations
• Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
