Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant/food & beverage supervision.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety regulations.
- Experience in staff training, performance management, and shift scheduling.
- Previous experience in handling customer service issues and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer applications (MS Office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Lead, motivate, and train service staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and provide quick, professional solutions.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
- Assist in preparing staff schedules and managing attendance.
- Support in achieving sales targets and upselling strategies.
- Report to the Restaurant Manager and provide daily operational updates.
