We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and front-of-house activities
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate and manage restaurant staff during shifts
- Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and performance
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
- Support staff training and onboarding of new employees
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations
- Monitor inventory of restaurant supplies and report shortages
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Assist management in achieving sales and operational targets
- Prepare shift reports and maintain operational records

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred- 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
- Previous supervisory experience in restaurants, cafés, or hotels preferred
