Restaurant Supervisor - Kuwait

We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and front-of-house activities
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate and manage restaurant staff during shifts
  • Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and performance
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
  • Support staff training and onboarding of new employees
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations
  • Monitor inventory of restaurant supplies and report shortages
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards
  • Assist management in achieving sales and operational targets
  • Prepare shift reports and maintain operational records

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
  • Previous supervisory experience in restaurants, cafés, or hotels preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
