Job Description:
Lumiere Sweets & Pastries is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor with strong hands-on exposure in Luxury Dine-In and Fine Dining restaurants. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and front-of-house activities
• Maintain luxury service standards and fine dining etiquette
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff
• Ensure guest satisfaction and professionally handle feedback
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and management teams
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in Luxury Dine-In / Fine Dining restaurants
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and service excellence
• Ability to manage operations during peak hours

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of service standards, table settings, and guest engagement
• Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
