Restaurant Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the restaurant and cafe staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain high service and hospitality standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist in inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies.
• Monitor and improve restaurant efficiency, including food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with management to implement promotions and sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or cafe setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Arabic-speaking is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,300.00 per month
