Restaurant Waiter (Male)

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter (Male) to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain high standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer customer questions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained at all times.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle customer requests professionally.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times.
• Support team members and assist in opening/closing duties.
• Report any issues or customer complaints to the supervisor/manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and a team-player mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
