POSITION SUMMARY

The Restaurant Welcome Ambassador is the first point of contact for our guests in the all day dining restaurant. Warmly greets and welcomes guests upon arrival, escorts them to their tables and ensures they feel valued from the very beginning of their dining experience. The role focuses on creating a memorable first impression through genuine hospitality, attentiveness and professional presentation.

Key responsibilities include managing guest seating, coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth operations, handling guest inquiries and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in line with Ritz Carlton service standards.

This role is ideal for Emirati talent who enjoy interacting with people, creating meaningful connections and representing the culture of warm hospitality.
