What You’ll Do:

• Oversee fire, mold, and biohazard cleanup projects
• Supervise and train technicians to company standards
• Coordinate with homeowners, estimators, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects stay on time and within scope
• Manage job documentation, inventory, and vehicle maintenance

Pay & Incentives: Competitive salary based on experience + certifications. Tools, gear, and training provided.

Schedule & Location: Full-time, based on-site in Delray Beach, FL.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of restoration experience
• Mold Certification, AMRT & WTR required
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills
