The Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides restorative care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, ensuring compliance with facility policies and maintaining resident safety and dignity.
Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Responsibilities:
- Provide restorative care as outlined in care plans
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
- Document treatments and incidents accurately
- Assist in care plan development and implementation
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and facility policies
Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Education and Experience Requirements:
- Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and perform required tasks.
- Team-oriented with a professional demeanor.
