Resturant Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager who can lead daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high operational standards. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Tagalog and English, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
  • Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including scheduling and training
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
  • Control inventory, ordering, and stock management
  • Maintain sales targets and control operational costs
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient workflow
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Fluent in Tagalog and English
  • Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Office)
  • Flexible with working hours and shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hospitality or Hotel Management background
  • GCC experience is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per hour
