Description
As a direct report to the Retail Lead, I will lead a strategically important Retail partner and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong sales background with validated experience of running large accounts through building sustainable relationships. Develop a strategic account plan together with both internal, central, and partner teams by understanding the account's key growth and development areas. Scale interaction at executive levels within the account on strategic matters. Also, communicate all the way to the store level on tactical elements. Lead the day-to-day sales activities of the partners by giving direction, providing support, and making effective business decisions. Coordinate marketing activities with the Marcom team, ensuring compliance and appropriate use of Apple support functions. Manage and create partnerships together with financial institutions and other appropriate parties. Develop new business models to increase Apple's penetration in the market. Cooperate with Apple Reseller Operations, disties, finance, and Marcom teams to create extraordinary experiences and satisfaction within partners digital and brick-mortar businesses. Trusted advisor and leader of the partner, both on their digital and brick-mortar businesses. Ensure best-in-class customer experience within physical and digital stores.

Minimum Qualifications-
Seasoned sales executive with proven business savvy, analytical, and marketing skills gained mainly in retail and technology industries. E-commerce and CRM experience is a plus.
- Strong sales background with validated experience of running large accounts through building sustainable relationships.
- Has compelling planning, interpersonal, communication, sales management, and leadership skills.
- Skilled with large projects (multi-stakeholders ) management, driving cross-functional sales initiatives.
- Able to scale interaction at Executive levels within the account on strategic matters. Also has latitude to interface all the way to the store level on tactical elements.
- Is creative and resilient to overcome Apple and customer roadblocks when deploying key initiatives that will make a significant impact.

- Has amazing passion for the products and ecosystem and is a master at speaking and storytelling about it, customizing as required for different audiences.
- Full proficiency in English and Turkish (at C-level) is essential. Ease to deliver complex messages in a clear and engaging way, in both languages.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
