Group Account Manager - Middle East

Location: Dubai, UAE



A fast-growing international beauty group is investing in the next phase of its Middle East expansion. The business operates a portfolio of performance-led beauty brands and is focused on building strong, long-term retail partnerships as it scales across the region.

The Role

The Group Account Manager, Middle East will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of a key retail account in the region, supporting multiple brands within the group portfolio. This is a hands-on, execution-led account role, with a strong focus on ownership, coordination, and delivery. The emphasis is on managing the account day to day, supporting launches, coordinating forecasts and stock, and ensuring agreed plans are executed effectively. While the initial scope centres around a single key retail partner, there is clear intent to broaden responsibility as the business scales in the region.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship and delivery for a key retail account
  • Act as the main point of contact for account coordination across brands
  • Support product launches, range changes, and agreed commercial initiatives
  • Coordinate forecasts, opening orders, replenishment, and stock availability
  • Track sell-in, sell-through, and overall account performance
  • Prepare and maintain regular performance reporting and updates
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver plans
  • Ensure brand standards, commercial terms, and execution guidelines are followed
  • Identify risks or issues early and support problem-solving
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of processes as the business grows



Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in an Account Executive or Account Manager role
  • Background within beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, consumer goods, or related sectors
  • Experience managing retail or wholesale partners and supporting account delivery
  • Hands-on exposure to launches, forecasting, and in-market execution
  • Comfortable working with sales data, stock information, and performance tracking
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and commercially minded
  • Able to operate independently in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the Middle East
