Retail Account Manager (Italian – Female)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Retail Account Manager (Italian – Female) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company products/services
• Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and negotiations effectively

Requirements:
Female candidates (mandatory)

✔Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

✔Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
