Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Retail Account Manager (Omni-Channel) to oversee and grow our relationships with leading retailers across the GCC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising sell-through and visibility of our home and gifting product ranges in both physical retail stores and online platforms .


This role requires a blend of sales strategy, category management, and retail execution expertise—working closely with buying teams, merchandising departments, and e-commerce partners to ensure strong market presence and sustained growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with major retail and e-commerce partners across the GCC.
  • Develop and implement account growth plans to drive sales, visibility, and profitability.
  • Monitor sell-through performance , stock levels, and replenishment cycles, ensuring optimal inventory management.
  • Negotiate promotional plans, seasonal campaigns, and product placements with retail partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to execute omni-channel launches and activations .
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for new listings or category expansion.
  • Conduct regular store visits and online audits to ensure brand compliance and merchandising standards.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Support new market entries, product launches, and regional retail initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3–6 years’ experience in retail account management, ideally within home décor, gifting, stationery, FMCG, or lifestyle categories .
  • Proven track record managing key accounts across multiple retail formats (hypermarkets, department stores, e-commerce).
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel retail operations , pricing, and promotional levers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills .
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and retail data platforms.
  • Self-driven, highly organised, and commercially astute.
  • Fluency in English required
