Party Zone is one of the UAE’s leading specialty retail brands with 20+ years of experience in party supplies. We are looking for a Retail Admin Executive to support daily store operations and handle customer support for our online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all retail stores with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Respond promptly to WhatsApp and email requests from store teams.
- Assist with quotations, CRM updates, and general administrative documentation.
- Update and maintain product listings and inventory on online platforms.
- Coordinate store-to-store transfers, replenishment requests, and promotional activities
- Schedule posts across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).
- Prepare basic graphic designs including:
- Promotional flyers
- In-store signage
- Product highlight banners
- PDF mini-catalogs
- Resize visual content for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage and respond to customer support emails professionally and on time.
- Monitor and respond to Google My Business reviews.
- Coordinate website orders.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in retail admin, marketing support, or e-commerce coordination.
- Strong command of ERP software
- Good graphic design skills using Canva
- Experience scheduling social media content.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work well under pressure, especially during peak seasons.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
