Retail Area Manager

Position

Your mission is to maximize sales and profitability within the defined geographical area (based in Dubai but in charge of Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain) by leading, motivating, and developing a team of high-performing Store Managers.

Your will be responsible for the implementation of commercial action plans, ensuring operational excellence across all stores, and fostering a client-centric culture that embodies the brand’s client-centric philosophy.

Job responsibilities

Lead by Example, Act as Brand Ambassador.

Inspire, propel, role model a client-centric mindset, ensuring seamless client experience within all stores in the interested area.

Implement the Commercial Strategy & Support the Execution

  • Implement annual sales and commercial action plans in line with company strategies to meet forecasted revenue targets.
  • Drive the stores sales performance on both short & long-term through a clear vision and a structured roadmap for each store.
  • Support Retail Experience Director in anticipating retail environment changes while fully integrating the brand global strategy, to choose the right location, in the right area and the right city.
  • Support Retail Experience Director in defining and implementing the merchandising strategy (store typology, offer and pricing strategy) with the local merchandising team and the Store Managers.
  • Support Retail Experience Director in ensuring the highest level of display quality and store conditions, in coherence with the brand strategy & operations strategy.

Foster Clienteling Mindset

  • Fosters and promotes client development mindset, proactively seizing business opportunities thus maximizing sales results.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and Store Managers to support in-store activities and events.

Enhance Store Operations and Promote Best Practices

  • Nurture relationships with stores by ensuring regular visits and communication; ensure store operations runs smoothly and grooming guidelines are well-implemented.
  • Ensure best practices sharing among all stores within the area.
