Retail Assistant

Customer Engagement & Sales Excellence

• Retail Assistant / Sales Assistant: Greet customers warmly and enthusiastically, actively listening to understand their needs, preferences, and purchasing intent.
• Proactive Sales Associate: Drive sales performance by actively promoting products, executing effective upselling, and strategic cross-selling techniques to maximize basket size and achieve individual/team sales targets.
• Retail Associate / Product Expert: Recommend and demonstrate products knowledgeably, providing detailed information about features, benefits, and current promotions to secure sales.

Store Operations & Merchandising Support

• Store Assistant / Shop Assistant: Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards throughout the store, ensuring all product displays, mannequins, and promotional signage are current, attractive, and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Retail Assistant / Operations Support: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and back-of-house areas clean, safe, and well-organized at all times, ensuring a positive and secure shopping environment.
• Retail Associate / Inventory Specialist: Assist with all aspects of stock replenishment, carefully receiving and processing store deliveries, and performing accurate inventory counts (stock takes) to maintain optimal stock levels.

Transaction Management

• Sales Assistant / Cashier: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS), skillfully handling various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and gift vouchers, while adhering to all company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
