Description:
- Assist customers with purchases at Showroom and Outlet store locations.

Finalize transactions with Shopify POS devices.

Must familiarize themselves with our entire inventory, including fabrics, colors, products, sizes.

Communicate and follow up with customers via our Customer Relationship Management platform (Gorgias), email, and phone.

Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store and at their work station.

Organize fabric swatches program to provide customers with the appropriate samples.

Eager to work on site and actively engage with customers and other team members.

Locate and ship store products for online orders.

Conduct cycle counts and update inventory on our Shopify account as needed.

Must be able to provide support to additional departments (e.g. assisting during our quarterly inventory counts or with light administrative work).

Handle in-store and online returns and exchanges per company policy.

Resolve shipping issues and discrepancies.

Devise new processes or refine existing ones to optimize operations.
WORK HOURS - Sunday to Thursday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Requirements:

Must be comfortable in a customer-facing environment

Excellent computer and IT skills

Proper phone etiquette required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required

Must be a team player and willing to wear multiple hats

Prior related-industry experience strongly preferred

Quick learner/Prior experience with the following software: ShipStation, Shopify, Gorgias

Knowledge of Spanish a plus
