Retail Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Retail & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role combines warehouse operations with retail floor support, so the ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling inventory, and assisting customers when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
• Load and unload trucks and containers using proper lifting techniques
• Accurately sort, organize, and stock products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and retail environment
• Assist with inventory management and restocking the retail floor
• Provide basic customer assistance on the retail floor as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
• Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting productivity goals
• Willingness to assist in a retail setting and interact with customers

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
