Retail Sales Associate (Beachwear Store)

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our beachwear store in North Myrtle Beach.

This is not just a cashier position — your job is to help customers find what they need for their vacation, keep the store looking great, and create a positive, easy shopping experience.

Our customers are mostly families on vacation, so attitude and energy matter just as much as experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Help customers find the right products (clothing, beach gear, souvenirs, etc.)
• Answer questions and make product recommendations
• Restock merchandise and keep shelves full and organized
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
• Help manage fitting rooms and customer flow during busy times
• Assist with opening and closing tasks
• Work as part of a team to handle high-volume summer traffic

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and on time
• Able to handle fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable standing and moving for long periods
• Willing to help with cleaning, folding, and stocking

Experience

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
