Retail Banking Sales

We are expanding our UAE operations and seeking high-performing Retail Banking Sales Officers and Team Leaders for Personal Loans. Candidates with UAE experience are preferred; India experience will also be considered.

Who Can Apply:

Sales Officers -

• 1+ year UAE retail banking sales experience (India experience considered)

• Strong lead-to-disbursal ownership; excellent KYC/AML compliance

• Clear communication skills;

• UAE driving license is a plus

• Visit / Cancellation / Resident visa holders welcome

Team Leaders -

Personal Loans:

• 1+ year Personal Loan sales with team management experience (5–15 reps)

• Proven track record in disbursals, portfolio quality, CPV/FI coordination

• Skilled in daily huddles, joint calls, funnel management, and drop-off reduction
