Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Branch Manager to lead our Defence and Clifton outlets. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the FMCG or retail sector, possess strong leadership skills, and be capable of managing high-volume store operations. Candidates aged 40 and above who are actively working in similar roles will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor KPIs to drive business performance.
• Lead, train, and supervise store staff to ensure high operational standards.
• Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment of FMCG products.
• Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and compliance with safety and company policies.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS operations, and financial accuracy.
• Coordinate with supply chain, HR, and management for smooth branch functioning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in FMCG or retail store management (supervisory or managerial).
• Must be 40+ years old and currently active in a retail/FMCG role.
• Strong team management, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Solid understanding of store operations, inventory control, and retail best practices.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and deliver consistent results.
• Proficiency in reporting, MS Excel, and POS systems is preferred.

• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with experience in managing premium retail locations like Defence or Clifton will be given priority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
