If you are ready to be a part of this atmosphere, you’ll be responsible of;

Responsible for new customer acquisition of the QNB Retail card products. Managing new acquisition campaigns, sales channel targets, close monitoring of performance. Competitor analysis, customer & salesforce campaign activities and new acquisition channel development.

Management of process and service specialties, along the line of below listed responsibilities.

Improving Retail credit card new customer acquisition in order to increase market share, ENR and profitability targets.

Continuous improvement of new acquisition Channels, along the lines of customer, salesforce needs and legal requirements, preparation and execution of related plans with IT departments and other shareholders.

Preparation and execution for quality targets (card delivery, activation, customer satisfaction, etc…) in coordination with sales Management teams.

Identifying cross sale opportunities , and developing sales Channel processes in accordance.

Close Monitoring of campaigns and processes of rival banks and a executing a competitive customer acquisition strategy.

Graduated from a reputable university with Engineering, Business Administration, Economy or relevant fields’ degree

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Minimum 5 years relevant work experience

Experience in retail/commercial card product management / new customer acquisition in banking sector

Advanced problem solving and analytical thinking skills
-
Proactive and curious with excellent communication skills
