Retail Cashier

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: Handle cash, credit, and digital payments (UPI/Wallets) with 100% accuracy using POS systems
• Customer Excellence: Greet customers warmly, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and ensure a positive checkout experience
• Sales Support: Assist in promoting special offers and cross-selling products to help meet store targets
• Operational Integrity: Maintain a clean and organized checkout station, track daily sales reports, and assist with bagging as needed

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma (10th/12th pass) or equivalent
• Experience: Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but freshers with strong math skills are welcome to apply
• Skills:
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical stamina for standing during shifts
• Availability: Ready to join immediately
