Patient Relation Executive

We are looking for a courteous and patient-focused Patient Relation Executive to join our healthcare team in Begumpet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in patient relations or front-office roles within a hospital or healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for patients and their attendants.
• Assist patients with registration, appointments, and inquiries.
• Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Provide information about hospital services, procedures, and policies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives and service quality standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Patient Relation Executive or similar role.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital systems.
